Corb Capital provides custom software development, infrastructure, workflow automation, and related technical consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in separate written agreements (statements of work or service agreements) entered into with each client.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest content without prior written consent.

Intellectual property ownership for client deliverables is governed by the individual service agreement with each client.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corb Capital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you under the applicable service agreement.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Romania.
